What do you think of people who have a GED?
GED Attitudes on the Internet
I answered a question about this on Yahoo. One young lady wrote:
I’m wondering why people who have a GED are looked down on because they don’t have a high school diploma. People with a GED can do just as good (and sometimes better) than people with a high school diploma. A person with a high school diploma isn’t always smarter, higher class, more determined, or a harder worker than a person with a GED.
What matters is how you feel about your GED
Actually, it doesn’t matter what I think of people with a GED. It only matters what you think about passing the GED test. If you’re fine with your accomplishment, so am I.
In one year of writing a blog on high school dropouts and people taking the GED I have learned that people dropout out of high school for a wide variety of reasons. The “lucky” dropouts move ahead and pass the GED test.
If you’d like to know what I think of the GED good enough degree question visit http://onlinegedsite.com/ged-good-enough… where I wrote about that topic.
Here’s hoping you pass your GED test. Focus on your own good thoughts, not the negative thoughts of others.
The GED Tests are designed so that 40% of high school seniors would not pass. Most of those people go ahead and graduate, so your GED isn’t just good enough, it is better than what some people have.
Study for the tests and you will pass them.
