Stop using the phrase good enough degree.
If you have a GED, using the phrase good enough degree devalues your effort in studying and passing the GED. You should have absolutely no embarassment in passing the GED. Your educational life is where you end up (college, masters degree) not where you began: General Equivalency Diploma.
If you are a high school dropout, how much is the GED worth is a good place to research how a GED will normally increase your income over being a high school dropout.
If you have a high school degree, or any other degree, why would you insult others who passed the GED by calling it the good enough degree?
